Best location except the furnitures dirty floor and walls.

Staffs were friendly nice location

The furniture it shown on pic isn't the same as in pictures and bed was ok except ripped bed cover and floor and wall it's quiet dirty.

Good staff on check-in counter and location are very good

I have not really good experience, TV ascreen are big spot perhaps it old ,no hot water ,toilet need to do maintenance and grouting, I have book room with breakfast but breakfast it need to improve

The hotel is based on a happening location, from Nana BTS 8min walk. For a group of people it is the best area to hang around, because Night Clubs, massage shops, and street foods you will find every where. Hotel rooms were spacey and average comfortable.

Sad to see the service is getting declined day by day.

Charged for early check in. But while booking they did not mentioned it. After they taking my normal payments in advance then they said now I have to pay extra for early check in. Thou I told him the moment I reach that I need to check in early as I reached by 7am. He said let me check if the rooms are available then he said ok and ask me to pay the money In advance after I made the payments he asked me to pay extra for early check in. Then when I made the booking I asked for smoking room. But after taking all the money he said they don’t have smoking room. That way pathetic. Then from second day he gave me a smoking room. Not up to the mark at all

The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

After an epic taxi ride in rush hour we arrived and decided to eat in the restaurant. The food arrived in stages and was quite poor quality for the price we paid. Beds were hard, pillows lumpy and air con very noisy.

The best time from this house is gone.... And the hotel promote Indian people....so for breakfast you will find more Indian then Thai food......

Pleasant but need improvement.

No hand towels and mat in the bathroom. The pillows need to be changed. They ask for a Baht 1000 guarantee deposit when chek in and then at check out they wanted to charge me two liquor bottles for around Baht 1700. After I complained they checked again and apologized for the mistake.

Dirty.... that's all

only one things is the staffs are very good.

Everything are Old and Dirty. 1: the plug cover in washroom you never can open it. 2: the floor is dark and dirty. 3: the Air conditioner outlet is terrible..... all and full of dust. 4: the curtain and the decoration wall are full dust / dark / dirty mark. 5: the ceiling is broken. 6: the Security system in the elevator is useless. you do not need the hotel key card then you can go to every floor. 7: the corridor in the floor is Old and broken ceiling. 8: the room have COCKROACH and FLEA.

The location.

1) The receptionist said there are no rooms available at arrival, after that he asked extra money to give the rooms; which I have paid (half of the hotel rate). 2) Receptionist Meng Jai and his manager ( I guess) were very rude. 3) There was no sleeper in the room and they have asked 30 Bahts for sleeper. 4) Room was very dirty, there were hair all over the bed and floor. My overall experience was very bad. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone.
